Prince George Council of Seniors, or PGCOS, is a registered charity that operates several programs, services and events to enhance the lives of Seniors in the Prince George area. You will find all the information needed for those programs, services and events at the Seniors Resource Centre.

Meals on Wheels
How the program works: we collect $95.00 up front which is non-refundable and well provide you with 10 meals of your choice. You can pick and choose as meals as you wish.
